The Church leadership met last Monday night to vision and choose three focus areas for our church for the coming year. The group prioritized these areas: Children’s ministries, Bible study and Spiritual Formation, and Youth and Young Adult ministries. We are looking for people to serve on task forces to set goals and serve in ministries geared to these areas. I am eager to get a cross-section of people on each task force; unless everyone in the church supports the focus, the program will not be sustainable. If you are interested in serving on any of these Task Forces, please let me know. The process will look something like this for each task force: We pray and plan, God provides, we adjust to join God at work. So, "roll up you sleeves," put your mind in gear...And let yourselves be pulled into a way of life shaped by God’s life, a life energetic and blazing with holiness." Amen.
